Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

RiyaZest is a brand owned and operated by Shan Basheer.

 

We want you to love your order. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

 

Damaged, defective or missing items: tell us within 7 days of delivery. Please share an unboxing video or clear photos of the parcel and the item. Once approved, we will send a free replacement for the damaged or missing piece.

 

Change of mind: as these are decor items, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been used. Unused items in the original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Refunds: approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.

 

Refused COD orders: if a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for prepaid payment on future orders.
